Multifamily Experience, Trade Level Expertise
Joseph started as a maintenance technician in 1997 with the Indianapolis Housing Agency and spent the next three decades working his way through every level of multifamily operations — supervisor, regional, director, and eventually Vice President of Facilities and Projects for an Indianapolis property investment firm.
Along the way he became an expert-level, hands-on practitioner in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry — the kind of experience that comes from doing the work yourself, not just managing people who do.
Today he brings that same standard to Powell Property Solutions, working directly with property management companies, asset managers, investors, and homeowners across central Indiana.
